1. Payment Policy - All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Paypal.
Paypal will process your order with your MAJOR CREDIT CARD. Paypal membership is NOT required.We also accept U.S. and Canadian Money orders and checks. Checks must clear before shipment is made. Contact carol@handbaggallery.net if you have any questions.

2. Refund Policy - Refunds will be handled at the discretion of HANDBAGGALLERY.NET.Items must be in the original condition as were shipped to the purchaser and must be pre-approved before shipment. All returned items must be shipped with insurance covering the full value of the item.

U.S. Customers - No duties or tariffs
All deliveries from our location in Canada will be made by the U.S. Postal Service who will deliver your handbag to you. Shipments are insured, provide full online tracking and include delivery confirmation. Normal delivery is 5-7 business days. Our flat rate charge is $15 US per shipment and can include additional purchases at no extra charge.

There have been no import duties or tariffs charged on any of our shipments to the U.S. in the past seven years and we will rebate any import tariffs incurred by our American clients.

Canadian Customers
Canada Post Expedited will deliver your handbag to you in approximately five days and will include online tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation. Our flat rate charge is $15 US per shipment and can include additional purchase at no extra charge.

Outside Canada and U.S.A.
